Welcome to our new site (again!)

You may recall that about a year ago we replaced our web site. Well, we've done it again! We had many improvements we wanted to add and our previous site just wasn't up to that challenge.

This new site's features include:

• No account needed for downloads. This feature was driven by both customer experience and privacy concerns. More on privacy in a moment. Many of you registered frustation with the previous site's need for a user account. It was also confusing for us to send you a link to the downloads page that you couldn't get to unless you were logged in. Visit ourDownloads page to access and download products hassle-free.

• Privacy first. Sites that retain any measure of personal info (even just a company name and email address) must adhere to rather strict European GDPR regulations (with many of these regulations pending here in the US). For this new site we don't collect any data without your explicit consent. The only personal or trackable data this site collects is the data you provide when you download products or documents from this site. The information collected for our products is purely for our internal tracking of the products downloaded.

• Better and faster searching. The first iteration of this new site produces search results much faster than before. We'll soon add some effective search filters to make it easier for you to find what you need.

• Improved performance. Despite minimal optimizations, our new site is already significantly faster than the old one. In contrast to our previous WordPress site, which never scored above 55 on PageSpeed Insights, the new site consistently reports a score of 90 or higher.

• Simplified navigation. This new site uses a single-level navigation menu and all content is tagged for better organization. One change from the old site is that the Knowledge Base is now under "Resources" on the navigation menu. Also, explore the Document Tag List page--it organizes content by tag.

• More content coming! While our new site is mostly feature-complete for its initial phase, it's not fully populated with content. We're hard at work creating new content, and you can expect to see more added frequently.
