PAYMENT INFORMATION: Registration fees can be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All registration fees must be paid at the time of reservation.
REFUNDS: There is a 10% cancellation fee for all paid registrants. ASNA must receive written cancellation notification no later than four weeks prior to the seminar in order to receive a refund minus the cancellation fee. Refunds will not be made after this time.
