Tim Jannsen
Tim Jannsen is Executive Vice President of ASNA. He is a 38-year veteran in the data processing industry. His application development experience spans the mainframe, midrange and PC platforms in a variety of major industries. Tim is heavily involved in the definition and testing of ASNA Monarch, Visual RPG for .NET and DataGate for SQL Server. He also conducts ASNA training seminars in Europe and North America.

Eduardo C. Ross
Eduardo Ross has been Vice President and Director of Research and Development at ASNA since 1990. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and served as professor of computer science at that institution prior to joining ASNA's R&D department in 1987. Eduardo is responsible for the design of the company's new technology and jointly holds patents included in Acceler8DB. Under his direction, ASNA's R&D department has tripled in scope, producing high quality, state-of-the-art software at a rapid pace.

Roger Pence
Roger Pence is ASNA's Education Director. He has many years experience with both System i and Windows development and is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Before joining ASNA, Roger worked for many years as a System i journalist and tech editor. As ASNA's education director, Roger guides ASNA's educational content to ensure that ASNA customers get the best and most up-to-date AVR training.

Mike Marlowe
Mike Marlowe leads ASNA’s pre-sales division by combining his expert technical skills and industry knowledge to assist ASNA’s sales executives. His technical product demonstrations and seminars serve to evangelize and educate prospects on ASNA’s technologies and their value proposition. Mike has also been instrumental in assisting with developing and delivering ASNA’s training curriculum.

Rick Farina
Rick Farina is ASNA's Director of Software Services, formerly of Farina and Associates in Albany, New York. Farina brings over 26 years of developer experience in the 3X/400/iSeries/System i community including more than ten years of product development with ASNA Visual RPG and ASNA DataGate.

Tim Daniels
Tim Daniels is ASNA’s Monarch Migration Services Manager. He supports the ASNA sales team by migrating sample iSeries applications to AVR.Net using the Monarch product. The migrated applications provide a proof of concept application that can be demonstrated to ASNA clients. Tim also supports the ASNA services team with proof of concept projects and legacy system analysis using the Monarch product. Tim has over 14 years of developer experience on the IBM iSeries system and over 3 years experience developing on the Microsoft .Net Framework.

Ric Torres
Ric Torres is an ASNA Sales Engineer and splits his time at ASNA working with ASNA customers on a daily basis as part of the Technical Support Group and as one of the voices behind ASNA product introduction Webcasts. With a background in sales and technical support, but also with application development experience, Ric is uniquely qualified as a superb ASNA customer resource.

Garrison Wynn - Keynote
Garrison Wynn is the CEO and founder of Wynn Solutions, a training and consulting firm specializing in change and leadership. He started at the branch office of a Fortune 500 company at age 24 and was chosen to be department head at corporate headquarters three years later. He researched and designed processes for 38 company locations nationwide and developed and marketed products still being sold in 30 countries. An experienced actor in films and a former professional stand-up comedian, he has hosted television specials and national radio programs. When Garrison talks about change he may be funny, but he’s not kidding.
