- Von Duprin's customer service representatives were using an extremely inconvenient green screen application. The application required representatives to jump from screen to screen just to execute the most mundane functions.
Results:
- With the advent of the new Windows-based AVR-developed application, representatives now have the convenience of performing these functions on one screen with a graphical interface. They can take advantage of the Windows point-and-click environment and enjoy more functional menu options and combo boxes. Von Duprin's IT department attests that implementing the new AVR-developed application has decreased representatives' average call time by half. This has not only led to increased productivity, but increased customer satisfaction as well.
